The total investment of the Kaili Urban Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Project is 450 million yuan, the construction scale is 1200t/d, and the main equipment is 8000h. The project is implemented in phases, in which the first phase is equipped with two 400t/d incinerators + two waste heat boilers and one 12MW generator set. The second phase is equipped with one 400t/d incinerator, one set of waste heat boilers and one set of 6MW generator sets. It was completed at the end of June 2016 and the first phase of the project was put into operation.

Through many discussions with the owners and design units in the early stage, it is agreed that the lightning protection of waste incineration power plants is focused on low-voltage power distribution systems for factories. The lightning protection design must be carried out in accordance with the latest standards of GB 500 57-2010. Protection, that is, it is necessary to separately distribute the power in the power distribution line, and install the Class I power supply lightning arrester, the Class II power supply lightning protection device, and the m power supply lightning protection device. Through statistics, the plant needs to install 5 Kiloamp technology Class I power surge protectors, 37 Class II power surge protectors, and 3 Class 3 power surge protectors. Through this design, the factory area can be protected from lightning damage to the greatest extent.
