1. Worldwide service network
Kiloamp technology has an after-sales service center, and a professional after-sales service team ensures that we provide you with timely and thoughtful after-sales service. If you have a home repair request, we can also provide you with paid home repair service.
2. Product warranty period
(1)Definition of the relevant provisions of the warranty
1). The warranty period for Kiloamp technology products is based on the terms of the contract signed when ordering Kean technical products, with a minimum of not less than 12 months.

The warranty period for other products supplied by kilamp technology is subject to the contract.
Explanation:
⑴ For the warranty policy of random promotion products and independently sold or non-standard products, please refer to the warranty certificate corresponding to the promotional products and independently sold or non-standard products.
⑵ The box category is not covered by the warranty.
⑶ If the sample is sold at a special price, the relevant policy of the Kiloamp technology replacement machine is not available. The warranty period is subject to the purchase and sale contract.
2) Warranty period:
The start date is based on the date of the original purchase invoice or receipt (if the date of purchase cannot be traced back, it is calculated according to the date of shipment of the product serial number barcode), and the time delayed due to repair and no parts to be repaired is deducted accordingly. If the last day of the warranty period is a statutory holiday, the next day of the holiday is the last day of the warranty period.
(2)Warranty service commitment
1). Package return service
The warranty period is 1 to 7 days. If the purchased product is not working properly due to the product's own problems, you can choose to return, exchange or repair freely after the after-sales service engineer tests and confirms.
2. Free exchange service
On the 8th to 30th day of the warranty period, if the purchased product is not working properly due to the product's own problems, you can choose to replace it or repair it free of charge after being verified by the after-sales service engineer.
3. Free repair service
The warranty period is from the 31st to the end of the warranty period. If the purchased product has a fault within the warranty range, you can choose the Kean technical after-sales service network to provide you with a free warranty.
4. Commitment time limit
We will repair or replace the replacement product within 3-5 working days from the date we receive your repaired product. (excluding the halfway time of mailing)
(3)Warranty
Kilolamp technology products are one of the following conditions, kiloamp technology does not provide free warranty service, but users can choose to pay for repairs.
1. The product valid warranty certificate and valid original purchase invoice or receipt cannot be presented. The original serial number label of the product has been altered, replaced, torn, the product has no serial number or the product model number or serial number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product.
2. The product exceeds the warranty period specified by Kilamp Technologies.
3. Failure or damage caused by the use, maintenance, and storage of the product's working environment, not in accordance with the product's instruction manual or as directed by the instruction manual.
4. Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, alteration or disassembly of maintenance personnel not authorized by Kiloamp Technologies.
5. The product is not working properly due to the use of pirated, non-standard, self-developed or third-party software that has not been publicly released.
6. Failure or damage due to abnormal causes such as extrusion, corrosion, high temperature, falling, foreign matter entering, and poor electrical environment.
7. Damage caused by accident or other force majeure.
8. When you need to get paid services, you can contact and negotiate with our service outlets.
(4) Product repair method
1. When the user's product needs repair service, it should provide valid warranty certificate, carry or mail (postage self-care) faulty product to the nearest after-sales service location to get the corresponding warranty service. In addition to the user's special request for personal pick-up, Kilamp Technologies will promptly return the repaired product to the user and bear the one-way shipping cost upon return.
2. Precautions
★When the repaired product is shipped, please fill out the “Maintenance Application Form” (the sample form can be downloaded from the company website or requested from our after-sales service department). Write accurate address, telephone, fax, contact, so that we can contact you in time and the accurate return of repair products, and write a description of the product fault, so that engineers can provide repair services accurately and quickly.
★If there is no special need, please do not attach the surrounding hardware, cables and other items to the products to be repaired. If you have special needs, please contact the company in advance and attach the relevant list to avoid unnecessary losses.
★Please carefully choose the shipping method and transporter and purchase transportation insurance. Kiloamp technology will not bear the losses caused by your postal process.
3. Hotline and remote technical support
Our company has attached the customer service phone number of each branch to the "warranty card" attached to the company. Whether it is a partner or an end user, if you have any questions about the use of our products, you can call or send them. Email to our after-sales service department for consultation. The normal business hours of Kiloamp technology service outlets are: 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and holidays. After receiving the user's repair information, the after-sales service engineer will confirm the solution with the user within 1 hour.

4. Regular after-sales training
For each customer, our after-sales team provides regular after-sales technical training to help customers solve various after-sales problems. Especially for large engineering companies, we will provide training services for common troubleshooting and simple maintenance techniques.
5. Other instructions
1. This Service Commitment applies to end users of Kiloamp technology products.
2. Kiloamp Technologies warrants all hardware products in its product packaging under the warranty of Kiloamp Technology. This service is limited to products with quality issues and does not include any direct or indirect damages resulting from loss of purchaser's interest and other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Kiloamp Technologies only provides the services promised by this Regulation and is not responsible for any commitments made by any contractor or distributor beyond the scope of this Regulation. If you need additional commitments, please sign a written agreement to ensure that these additional commitments are honored.
4. Kiloamp Technology reserves the right to change or modify this commitment and to retain the final interpretation of this Service Regulation.
5. This service commitment was officially implemented on May 1, 2014.
